Buyer be ready …
Australia is moving into a buyers’ market, which is great news for investors looking to buy property. And it’s even better news for people ready to buy a home of their own.
But there’s a huge problem.
With the current restrictions, and state border closures… it’s difficult to move around the
country and look for or inspect properties.
So, what’s the answer for savvy property buyers?
Is it to miss out on this opportunity to grow their property portfolio? Or miss out on the
perfect family home?
I don’t think they’re the right answers at all.
The beauty of the time we live in is that just about everything can be done online. And there’s a resource that clever property buyers are using to minimise their “time on the ground” when they buy a property.
They use Buyer’s Agents to do all the heavy lifting for them. Then they get to buy the
property. It’s as simple as that.
Buyer’s Agents have their fingers on the pulse of the real estate market and know where the
best properties are. They are trained to spot premium properties and then negotiate the best deal for their buyer. (Please note: This can be done without unnecessary trips to inspect properties etc. So, it very works well with the current level of restrictions we are all
experiencing right now.)
But there’s a slight problem… there aren’t enough Buyer’s Agents to fill the demand.
Which is why I am looking for people who want to become Buyer’s Agents, and help other people buy a home or add to their property portfolio.
The good news is, all the training is online, and you can be qualified in the comfort of your own home.
You can join the growing ranks of Buyer’s Agents who are getting their fair share of the
emerging buyers’ market.
The fact is, certain parts of our society have been “paused for the moment,” but that doesn’t mean everything needs to stop. The fact is, no one knows how long this will go on and we all have basic needs that need to be met. And one of those needs is housing.
Buyer’s Agents are helping to reduce the face to face contact that buyers and sellers need to do.
